About The Role

What to expect:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for RPA solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements for data solutions.
- Analyze business process requirements to develop precise automation workflows.
- Manage the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, from identifying automation opportunities and gathering requirements, to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Document customer business requirements clearly to ensure effective deployment of automation projects.
- Design, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA tools like UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Produce process documentation and user guides to support the adoption of RPA solutions.

What will make you successful:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst/RPA Developer preferred.
- Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
- Knowledge of programming languages like C#, Python, VB Script,.Net.
- Skilled in creating technical specification documents for RPA projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on both operational and critical aspects.
- Effective problem solver with robust listening skills.
- Dedicated to process improvement with a client-centric approach.
- Deep understanding of IT architecture and a strong affinity for IT.
- Effective networker with negotiation skills to resolve complex issues.
- Energetic team player with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
