**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including design, analysis, development, testing, and support, with a focus on plantation industry knowledge.
- Conduct Blueprint workshops, document processes, and address gaps to ensure seamless project execution.
- Configure, test, and oversee data conversion activities, defining strategies and templates for successful cutover.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user training materials, and provide post-implementation support.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering trust, cooperation, and initiative among team members, while delivering effective presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 2-5 yearsofSAPimplementationexperiencewithatleast2 fullcyclenewimplementationprojects delivered.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating high ethics, values, and the ability to inspire loyalty and trust.
- Effective communication skills in speaking and writing with all levels of project stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership skills, inspiring initiative and responsibility in others.
- Ability to stimulate mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Excellent presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of PowerPoint slides.
