Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end SAP XX module services, including design, analysis, development, documentation, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Prepare and conduct Blueprint workshops, design to-be processes, and identify business gaps.
  • Prepare all documentation deliverables, including Blueprint documents, configuration documents, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
  • Identify conversion objects, define conversion and cutover strategies, develop conversion templates, and manage data conversion activities.
  • Configure the system, perform unit testing, test conversion programs, and conduct trial conversions.
  • Develop functional specifications for RICEFW components.
  • Define test scenarios and scripts, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Design and maintain user access, roles, and authorization profiles.
  • Prepare training materials and deliver training to key users and end users.
  • Perform final cutover activities and provide post-implementation support.
  • Support month-end closing activities and resolve system issues.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of SAP implementation experience with at least two full-cycle new implementation projects completed.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in the plantation industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust, communicate effectively at all levels, and foster collaboration within the team.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and build strong working relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills, including PowerPoint preparation and effective delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM17,000.00 per month
