**OBJECTIVE**
- Assist Admin Executive / Lab Manager to oversee all aspects of administration practives and processes and drives company's culture throughout the organization.

**KEY DUTIES**

**_ General Administrative Support:_**
- Manage and organize laboratory documentation, including reports, protocols, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and formatting of documents and presentations.
- Assist in other administration tasks as required by the superior and management as well as perform ad hoc and admin tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Attend to incoming mails and calls appropriately and courteously.

**_Data Entry & Record-keeping:_**
- Accurately enter and maintain data in laboratory database.
- Ensure compliane with data integrity and confidentiality policies.

**_Scheduling & Coordination:_**
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and conferenes for laboratory staff.
- Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for lab personnel attending off-site events.
- Organize and plan company events, trainings, meetings, etc.

**_Supply Management:_**
- Monitor and manage inventory of laboratory supplies and consumables.
- Place orders for laboratory supplies, ensuring timely restocking.
- Collaborate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing and negotiate terms.

**_Facility Support:_**
- Ensure laboratory spaces are organized, clean and compliant with safety regulations.

**QUALIFICATION**
- High school diploma in Business Admin or any related field.
- 1 - 2 years of work experience as Admin Assistant or in any other related fields.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrate positive engagement when dealing with all levels of employees and management to deliver effective and efficient results.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Chinese
