**About the Role**

We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused **Clinic Assistant** to support daily operations within our outpatient clinic. This role is essential in ensuring smooth patient flow, efficient administrative processes, and a welcoming environment for all patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and assist with check-in, registration, and appointment scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Manage patient records, update information, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist clinical staff by preparing rooms, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Support patient flow by guiding patients to exam rooms and informing providers of their arrival.
- Handle billing assistance, payment collection, and insurance verification as needed.
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies, confidentiality, and infection control standards.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and inventory checks.
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all patients and visitors.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,860.15 per month
