1. Job description:
1.2. Regular and systematic follow up on student enquiries.

1.5. Update the student data in the Course Management System.

1.6. Participate in the company’s marketing activities to recruit students.

1.7. Assist the company to ensure smooth operation.

2. Required experience, skills & knowledge:
2.1. Qualification: Diploma in mass communication or equivalent.

2.2. Working experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in customer service and sales related field.

2.3. Able to work flexibly and on selected weekends.

2.4. Committed to replying to enquiries and achieving sales target.

2.5. Good communication skills - written and verbal.

2.6. Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task to detail.

3. Salary, Allowance & Commission:
3.1. Salary: RM 3000 - RM 4000, depending on qualifications and experience.

3.2. Commission: Up till RM 1800 per intake.

Pay: RM3,237.34 - RM4,856.76 per month
