1. Nutrition Program Support

  • Assist in preparing simple and basic wellness nutrition plans under supervision.
  • Support in creating meal guides, healthy eating tips, or hydration reminders.
  • Help gather information on food preferences, lifestyle habits, and goals (non-clinical data).
  • Assist in preparing materials for wellness consultations or workshops.

2. Client Engagement & Education

  • Share general wellness information with clients (non-medical).
  • Assist in conducting basic nutrition talks, mini workshops, or internal awareness sessions.
  • Support in distributing educational materials such as brochures or guides.
  • Help in follow-up reminders for clients participating in wellness programs.

3. Wellness Operations Assistance

  • Assist wellness consultants or nutritionists in room preparation and setup.
  • Ensure tools, forms, and materials for nutrition sessions are ready.
  • Help coordinate client appointments and reminders.

4. Data Collection & Documentation

  • Assist in collecting non-medical information for wellness programs (e.g., lifestyle surveys, food logs).
  • Update client progress records into designated systems.
  • Help maintain nutritional resources, charts, and educational materials.

5. Content Creation & Social Media Support

  • Assist in creating nutrition-related content for social media or newsletters

(e.g., healthy recipes, tips, infographics).

  • Support in photography/video recording of wellness activities (with permission).
  • Help track engagement and prepare simple content reports.

6. Admin & Coordination Tasks

  • Assist in scheduling wellness sessions, workshops, or group programs.
  • Support in preparing event materials, attendance lists, and sign-in sheets.
  • Help in keeping stock of wellness-related products or ingredients (e.g., teas, supplements—non-medical).

7. Health & Safety Compliance

  • Assist in simple hygiene checks of tools/materials used for wellness activities.
  • Ensure proper handling of food samples, demo items, or display materials.

8. Research & Development Support

  • Assist in researching wellness trends, healthy ingredients, or simple recipe ideas.
  • Help compile information for new program development.

9. Ad-hoc Support

  • Participate in wellness events, campaigns, or community activities.

Assist other wellness departments when required for smooth operations.

10. Performance-Based Employment Opportunity

  • Interns who demonstrate strong performance, discipline, and commitment during their internship may be offered a direct permanent position.
  • This offer will allow the intern to skip the probation period and be immediately confirmed as a full-time staff.
