To assist the Human Resource and Admin Manager in handling full spectrum of admin functions of the company.
- Monitor staff attendance, leave, lateness, medical leave, with proper supporting documents.
- Supervising day to day administrative work, Office administration and organize maintenance of office equipment & vehicles, healthcare personnel & cleaners.
- Coordinate office standards, policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance.
- Assist in orientation and exit interview process.
- Assist new staff with any HRA required documents.
- Responsible for off-site/on-site training and development programmes i.e registration, scheduling and coordinating training activities with HRDF authorities.
- Manage and administer company recruitment, claims, OT & payroll
- Gather and furnish monthly reports for Management review and approved.
- Provide support and management services to various divisions effectively.
- Assist in ad hoc company event as and when needed.
- Discharge such other duties and responsibilities that may be directed by HRA Manager or any other person(s) as may be assigned by the Management.
- At least 5 years of related working experience and preferably 3 years of experience in managing subordinate.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven work ethic.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Team player and results oriented.
- Meticulous, strong organizational and planning skills, capable to multitask under fast paced environment.
- Location: Petaling Jaya
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,808.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
