Responsibilities
- To interface with Corporate and Brand Clients to provide weekly update on Work in Progress (WIP) activities
- To breakdown all job requests from Corporate and Brand Clients into internal work requirements for respective internal teams,
- To present marketing and content proposals to the Corporate and Brand Clients and to ensure deadline and transactions (billing and payments) are implemented according to agreed terms.
- To derive annual Corporate client business forecast and to ensure client billings achieve targets and are paid according to agreed terms.
- Responsible for the Brand communication plan and to ensure engaging content and effective messaging are implemented across all relevant media which includes

PR & Advertorials - (Mainstream News Portals, Reviewers (Tech reviews, KOLs, Influencers)
Digital (Social Media - FB; Instagram, TikTok, Google - Search, GDN, YouTube)
In-store Branding - POSM, Collaterals, Roll Up Buntings, Store Décor/Branding)
- To establish clear Brand Guidelines for adaptation and integration into sales channels with client Brand Managers and to ensure brand touchpoints comply with brand guidelines.
- To ensure both offline materials in all channels and online official digital communication mediums (Social Media, YouTube, Website) are up to date and maintained for clients.
- To ensure marketing output meet the clients’ Brand Guidelines and design implementation requirements.
- To lead internal WIP team meetings for Corporate and Brand Clients’ jobs to ensure all team initiatives are delivered and meets quality, time and budget requirements and to address any challenges and issues in the team.

Qualifications for Brand Manager
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, brand/product management and/or corporate communications
- Familiar with A&P budget management, marketing performance tracking and marketing implementation tracking
- Familiar with e-commerce marketing and sales environments (online retailing, online marketplaces, e-commerce funnels)
- Intermediate knowledge with experience in social media marketing, content development and content management systems
- Fluency and strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, experiences working on/with translation of content is an added advantage
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
