**Position Title: Admin Assistant (Finance)**
**Contract Period**:12 months
**Salary**:RM1800 - RM2000 + Transport Allowance RM350
**Working Hours**:8.30 am to 5.30 pm
**Working Location**:Menara Lien Hoe, Tropicana, 47410 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
**Department**:Finance
- Main task is supporting Account receivable team for the Proof of Delivery request for new customer specifically KFC and Pizza Hut.
- Review and process expenses reports ensuring appropriate and compliance with the company policy.
- Assist with month-end close duties and other task when necessary.
- Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time.
- Perform other duties as needed including ad-hoc task.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM and above.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Able to start immediately will be added as an advantage.
