Marketing Assistant /Executive

**Job Purpose**:
To assist Marketing Administration Department in preparation of quotations and identify project trends in the market.

**Primary Duties**:

- This position reports to Director & Consultant
- Develop effective marketing strategies to drive in-store and online store traffic, increase sales & profit, improve brand awareness and affinity.
- Create and execute communications campaign, promotions & events, retail training and selling kits, PR, social media and digital assets.
- Manage and handle collaboration between Tiansi And other Company to Development marketing, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Provide Sales achievement report - Quarterly.
- Coordinate all Company’s marketing planning, production and activities
- Handle in-store Sales
- Good writing and communication skills.
- Involve in the execution and implementation of Digital Marketing activities.
- Manage Website and Partner Marketing Channels
- Manage Social Media

**Secondary Duties**:

- Punctual reporting and documentation.
- Teamwork & cooperation
- Company policies, rules and regulations implementation
- To carry out any other job function delegated by the immediate superior

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum SPM Qualifications, Relevant education background in Marketing, Mass Comm and/or any related field.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia or English. ability to speak and write in Chinese will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and self-motivated.
- Must be able to work long hours and good planning skill.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive and initiative and good tele-communication skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude
- Multitasking ability
- , Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Preferably with at least one (1) year working experience in related field.
