**Responsibilities**:
1. To assist the Centre Manager on daily operations and administrative works, complete the duties as assigned from time to time.

2. To assist the Centre Manager to maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

3. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

4. Greet and assist visitors, stay-in guests to the Centre.

5. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

6. To assist the Centre Manager to coordinate the Centre’s procedures and policies.

7. To assist the Centre Manager to develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.

8. To cover the reception desk when required.

9. To provide general support to visitors.

10. To maintain contact lists.

11. Responsible to ensure the environment cleanliness and physical hygiene of the Centre.

12. To perform general and basic housekeeping duties.

13. To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferable entry level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
- Registered with Malaysian Nursing Board and with valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC)
- Experience in newborn care and postnatal care is an advantage
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
- Full time position (s) is available
- Patience and love baby
- Must be willing to work in shift
- Must be willing to work on weekend and public holiday
- Must be willing to work at Balakong area
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to lead a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
