**Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing - Bangkok or Siem Reap, Cambodia**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing, with the flexibility to be based in either Bangkok, Thailand, or Siem Reap, Cambodia. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader with a strong background in Southeast Asia, who is well-versed in developing and executing strategic sales plans and building solid networks with travel agents and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for the cluster of properties, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and financial goals.**:

- **Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents, tour operators, and DMCs to drive business growth and market share.**:

- **Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to generate revenue across multiple market segments, including leisure, MICE, and corporate clients.**:

- **Oversee digital marketing, social media, and public relations efforts to enhance the properties' online presence and brand reputation.**:

- **Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and ensure the properties remain competitive.**:

- **Lead, inspire, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.**

**Key Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or in a senior sales role within the hospitality industry in Southeast Asia.

Strong network and relationships with travel agents and DMCs across the region.

Excellent leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results.

In-depth understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategies.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions.

**Package**:

- Salary: USD 55,000 - 60,000 per year
