We are seeking a passionate Director of Sales & Marketing to head the Sales, Marketing and Reservations team, who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, leaders with an inclusive spirit who embrace individuality and inject positivity into their work environments.

**Your day to day**
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:
- Prepare departmental budget and financial plans including the hotel marketing plan.
- Source groups & events leads, drive conversions and build repeat business.
- Travel to other destinations as needed for sales calls and/or attend exhibitions/events.
- Develop and maintain great working relationships with key clients and all contacts
- Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales
- Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients.
- Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel.
**What we need from you**
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in marketing or related field.
- Four or more years of experience with an international chain hotel with direct management experience over a sales and marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills are critical.
- Dynamic and highly innovative thinking, work well under pressure and in change environment with full of team spirit.
- Proven track record of business milestones.
