Sales Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage customer relationships in assigned regions.
- Promote and sell products, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Create and execute sales plans, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and establish target customer accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to define strategies, sales plans, and goals.
- Manage sales budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
- Oversee contract signing, performance tracking, and resolve market-related issues.
- Coordinate supply and demand plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Handle customer visits and day-to-day sales operations.
- Maintain professionalism to enhance company reputation and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in electric actuator sales preferred.
- Experience in industries such as valves, electric power, petrochemicals, or metallurgy is a plus.
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background preferred.
- Strong character, integrity, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for business.
- Proven track record in customer development and team leadership.
