We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Sales Manager / Director to drive the revenue of our premium brand across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions.
You will be assisting the growth of LOGISYM’s business through sales to supply chain and logistics services companies in the region across print, digital, events and content, reporting to the Director of Partnerships.
This is a fantastic role for an intelligent, ambitious individual looking to develop a career in the exciting fast-paced field of Media Sales with a 100% outcome-based remuneration scheme.
**Responsibilities**:
You will undertake new business development, with a focus on selling and growing the Asia and Middle-East business across all product lines.
**The role will require you to**:
∙ Develop new business leads and translate them into successful relationships with these partners and clients of LogiSYM and CargoNOW
∙ Manage and maintain positive relationships with new clients and 3rd parties
∙ Develop an excellent knowledge of LogiSYM and our platforms - publishing, digital, data, events, content - and be expected to confidently present it to clients
∙ Possess or quickly develop a thorough understanding of the Asian and Middle East supply chain industry and ecosystem and be able to speak knowledgeably to executives at all levels within the industry
∙ Assist with day-to-day account management queries
∙ Engage with potential new clients
∙ Attend industry events, network with clients, and undertake associated administration and follow up
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- University or Polytechnic education with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to multi-task and track deliverables and liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Proven experience in sales or telesales, confident and persuasive over phone
- Effective in research and generating leads
- Very comfortable with high volume of daily cold calls and follow-up with decision makers and key influencers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent in relationship building with clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience with sales pipeline planning and forecast with sales revenue
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Self-starter and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Good computer skills (MS Office and Google Workspace)
