**Position Overview**:
To deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently managing daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and effective branch functioning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent administrative support for branch operation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support sales and promotional activities.
- Assist in the daily operations of the wellness center.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to speak and write in Malay and English fluently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive Salary Package: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month.
