About the role
Join our team at Customer Inspire (M) Sdn Bhd as an Admin Executive in our Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating and managing administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
- Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries from clients and colleagues
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team
- Supporting the wider administrative functions of the business as required
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and clients
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
