The Sales Admin Cum Customer Service is Responsible to handle incoming request from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly, handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company, provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services, troubleshoot customer issues, responsible to set courier for same day delivery (SDD), create product descriptions for new items and create promo when needed.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
