Our mission is to modernize ancient wisdom and connect with today’s consumers through engaging digital content and impactful customer experiences. We reach thousands daily across Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube — and we’re now seeking a dedicated **Admin cum After-Sales Customer Service Executive**to strengthen our operations and support our valued customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Manage Admin & Records**: Handle SQL data entry, bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and maintain accurate customer records.

**Coordinate Consultations**: Schedule and arrange physical and/or video calls between TCM doctors and patients/customers.

**Update Customer Data**: Keep the system up-to-date for doctors’ reference and smooth operations.

**Process Invoices & Documentation**: Issue dealer invoices, prepare and organize Delivery Orders (DO), and ensure proper filing of paperwork.

**Assist with Basic Physical Therapy Arrangements**: Support TCM doctors, coordinating simple therapy setups, and guiding patients during basic consultation procedures (training provided).

**Deliver Excellent After-Sales Support**: Ensure clear, prompt communication and a seamless customer experience.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience

**Proficient in Mandarin (written & spoken) — essential for customer and team communication**

Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive

Interest or basic knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an added advantage
