Job Overview:

We are seeking After-Sales Manager with an engineering background to lead all after-sales services, technical coordination, and customer satisfaction initiatives. This role is vital in ensuring that our clients receive continuous support throughout the product lifecycle.

The After-Sales Manager plays a key role in overseeing post-delivery operations, coordinating technical support, and maintaining product performance for customers. The ideal candidate will have solid engineering knowledge, hands-on technical experience, and strong leadership capabilities in after-sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for after-sales enquiries, technical issues, and support requests.
  • Provide timely resolutions for customer concerns, coordinating with China's engineering team when necessary.
  • Ensure smooth execution of warranty claims, parts replacement, maintenance requests, and service scheduling.
  • Work closely with CLW China's technical and engineering departments to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Interpret engineering diagrams, vehicle specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure all after-sales processes align with internal standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct periodic site visits to monitor product performance and assess service needs.
  • Proactively follow up after each service to ensure satisfaction and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years and above of experiences in after-sales management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  3. Proven experience in engineering, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive, industrial vehicle, or heavy machinery sectors.
  4. ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the special vehicle industry, particularly the trends and regulations in Southeast Asia.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin (MUST), Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Experience supporting government/municipal vehicle projects (e.g., fire trucks, waste management vehicles, rescue vehicles) is a plus.
