JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Service existing accounts with a variety of marketing and outreach strategies.
- Engage in account management duties by focusing on existing account development and generate new accounts.
- Developing relationship and after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ensuring your existing clients, database are consistently updated as well as gaining and using feedback.
- Dynamic presentation skills on products or services and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Focal point of contact for business related feedback and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue thru effective sales funnel management.
- Prepare information for, meet with and entertain clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to all departments, efficient internal stakeholders engagement and to ensure high quality of service to customers.
- Contribute and/or lead business review meeting, pre-convention meetings, training and other sales-related meetings as required.
- Manage accounts to achieve business client satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
