Job Vacancy: Sales Manager - International

Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Position: Full-time / Permanent

Vacancies: Two (2)

Salary Range: RM10,000 - RM15,000

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer

**Job Description**:
1. Develop business plans and strategies for multiple product line markets, sales leads, growth, and prospects, including developing and maintaining international business partners and contacts.

2. Provide timely feedback and reporting to management regarding international sales performance, competitor activities, customer and market expectations, and requirements.

3. Maintain updated and accurate records of all costing, pricing, sales, expenses, and related reports.

4. Prepare and conduct proposals and presentations for customers, partners, and relevant stakeholders.

5. Explore new markets and potential customers to establish a sales pipeline and opportunities for growth.

6. Lead, coordinate, and liaise with suppliers, partners, and relevant departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely fulfillment of requirements.

7. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Job Requirements:
1. Relevant degree or qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

2. Management experience in IT, technology, or a similar industry.

3. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional team members.

6. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

7. Proven track record in international sales.

8. Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.

9. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
