Here are your **core responsibilities** as a CS + Sales Rep:

- Perform customer service calls to ensure customers are attended to before and after events
- Understand the customers’ needs & archive all customer feedback.
- Update customer data sheets & daily reports on CRM
- Confirm payments and update their status, coordinate with admin dept to process invoices
- Understand the customers’ needs & update customer insights/FAQs to sales & marketing team
- Nurture leads & perform sales conversations with prospects and turn potential prospects into buying customers (training will be provided

**Requirements**:

- Preferred: 90’s & after; females (or males who enjoys connecting with people)
- Proficient in Mandarin (Good to have: English proficiency)
- Minimum SPM; ambitious and have desire to make RM5k-10k per month
- Willing to learn & work hard
- Independent problem-solving skills
- A plus if you have experience is customer facing jobs.
- Good to have: have desire to take on leadership positions in the future
