**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving inbound and making outbound calls promoting company products.
- Handle customers’ queries and providing product information.
- Follow up on customer’s order status.
- To ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services.
- To achieve daily and monthly sales target as set by the management.
- Assist the company to grow by increasing customer base and developing business.

**Requirements**:

- Good speaking and listening skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Computer literate.
- Can communicate in English & Malay.
- Ability to speak in Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
- Those with sales experienced are encouraged to apply.

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Basic salary + Sales Commission + Allowances
- Attractive Incentive Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
