Human Resource Executive

**Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
**Employee Records & Administration**
- Maintain and update employee records both digitally and physically.
- Ensure timely documentation and filing in compliance with HR policies.
**Employee Engagement & Relations**
- Support initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee queries and assist in conflict resolution under supervision.
**Policy Implementation & Compliance**
- Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company procedures.
- Support audits and documentation for statutory compliance.
**Performance & Training**
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisal cycles.
- Help schedule and track employee training and development sessions.
**Payroll & Benefits**
- Collaborate with payroll for timely and accurate processing.
- Handle employee benefits administration and queries.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
