**ROLE PROFILE**

**JOB TITLE**:DBS Finance Associate Manager

**FUNCTION**:Finance

**SUB FUNCTION**:Digital Business Solutions
- Finance Business Partners

**CITY & COUNTRY**:Selangor, Malaysia

**Business Operation**
- Drive the budgeting process with DBS functions, scrutinises submissions and challenges variances against actual results
- Consolidate DBS Functions budget forecast, working with the DBS leads to ensure consistent reporting, analysis and commentaries across the functions
- Provide analysis of monthly actuals finance report for DBS Functions (all budget areas)
- Provide end-to-end Finance Business Partnering services for DBS Functions, producing the forecasts each S&OP cycle, ensuring costs are correctly loaded into BPC and Planisware, analysing monthly actuals and holding regular meetings with DBS stakeholders to review financials and deal with issues.
- Manage DBS Functions headcount & its cost with HRBP
- Support business initiatives by providing strong commercial and business case analysis.
- Actively supports design and implemention of finance process enhancements
- Ensure transactions are properly accounted for as per IFRS & Group requirements (GMAPP)
- Ensure all internal and external governance are fully adhered.
- Build and drive strong Financial and Commercial awareness within the DBS Functions community
- Ensure the recharge mechanism for DBS functions is effective and manages costs and income in accordance to forecast.

- Is able to deal with both senior DBS and Finance managers by displaying strong engagement and influencing skills
- Is change oriented, pro-active and motivated to lead initiatives to improve Finance team efficiency and effectiveness
- Is able to work autonomously but acts as a team player
- Inspires and empowers team members to raise the bar in performance standards
- Demonstrates commitment to personal development.
