As a member of the cleaning crew in our restaurant, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our guests and staff. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all areas of the restaurant are cleaned and sanitized efficiently and to the highest standards.

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Training provided

**Responsibilities**:
**General Cleaning**:

- Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the restaurant, including tables, chairs, countertops, and fixtures.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to remove dirt and debris.
- Empty and clean trash bins and replace liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to maintain a polished appearance.

**Kitchen Cleaning**:

- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware.
- Clean and sanitize food preparation and cooking areas.
- Dispose of food waste and empty grease traps as needed.

**Bathroom Maintenance**:

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Replenish toilet paper, hand soap, and other restroom supplies.
- Monitor and clean bathroom fixtures throughout the shift.

**Waste Management**:

- Handle and dispose of hazardous materials, such as cleaning agents, following safety protocols.
- Separate recyclables from regular waste and ensure proper disposal.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate cleaning tasks with other crew members and kitchen staff.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors regarding cleaning schedules and requirements.

**Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor promptly.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
