**Job Overview**

INFINITY8 is a fast-growing co-working space brand in Malaysia. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Community Associate** to handle day-to-day branch operations and support our community of co-workers in Kuala Lumpur.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle daily branch operations to ensure a smooth co-working experience
- Assist with administrative tasks including invoicing, contract preparation, issuing receipts and other documents
- Ensure operational maintenance of branch equipment (hardware & software) and coordinate timely servicing
- Assist Sales team by providing branch tours, understanding customer needs, and supporting lead conversions
- Support event department in community event planning & execution
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and assist in problem-solving when required
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operation Manager
