**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Reception Duties**:

- Greet and assist patients.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Handle patient registration and intake forms.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash flow.
- Order and manage clinic supplies and inventory.
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

**3. Clinic Operations Support**:

- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
- Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth service delivery.

**4. Compliance & Confidentiality**:

- Ensure patient confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
- Follow all clinic protocols, health, and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and willing to learn.
