Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Lead customer project **quotation preparation**, including cost estimation and **project development feasibility analysis**.

Collect data for new project quotations, perform **internal cost calculations**, and submit quotations for approval.

Establish and lead **project development teams**, ensuring effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Manage projects throughout the **entire product lifecycle**, from development to production phase-out.

Build and maintain strong relationships with **key customer decision-makers**, actively listening to identify issues and understand customer needs.

Be responsible for **FAI (First Article Inspection) sample submission** during the project development phase.

Track and follow up on **FAI approval and trial assembly approval** for newly developed samples.

Organize, archive, monitor, and continuously update **project documentation and development schedules**.

Coordinate customer visits, manage on-site activities, and ensure **closure of all action items**.

Lead regular **project status review meetings**, reporting project progress and escalating key issues to management and customers.

Coordinate **internal and external resources** to support project team members in achieving project objectives.

Control project development costs and conduct **cost variance analysis against the original quotation budget**.

Lead **project team development and capability building**.

Develop company talent by **coaching and mentoring project engineers** to successfully deliver projects.

Ensure controlled management and release of **customer drawings, CAD models, and relevant technical standards**.

Participate in defining **Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)**, **Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)**, and **Control Plans (CP)**.

Participate in the preparation of **PPAP/APQP documentation** (as applicable).

Be responsible for **customer contract review and new product order review**.

Conduct **risk assessments** during project development and define corresponding mitigation action plans.

Manage **engineering changes** throughout the project development process.

Visit and communicate with **domestic and international customers**, maintaining strong long-term customer relationships.

**Qualification RequirementsEducation & Experience**

**Bachelor’s degree or above** with **4+ years** of project management experience in **aerospace or automotive metal parts manufacturing**; or

**Associate degree (college level)** with **6+ years** of project management experience in **aerospace or automotive metal parts manufacturing**.

**Skills & Competencies**

Excellent **written English**; **spoken English proficiency** is a strong advantage.

Familiar with **AS9100 and/or IATF 16949 quality management systems**.

Strong ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings and technical requirements**.

Knowledge of **aerospace industry standards and specifications**.

Understanding of **manufacturing process routes** for aerospace products.

Proficient in computer and office software (**Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint**, etc.).

Knowledge of **GD&T**, Design for Manufacturing, **VA/VE**, **DFMEA**, process flow diagrams, and control plans.

Ability to use **AutoCAD, UG (NX), CATIA, SolidWorks, or Pro/E**.

Excellent **organizational, communication, and presentation skills**.
