Support Chief of Staff Office including:

- Collaborating with Flash Backend Leaders to determine and prioritize business strategies for Flash Backend Operations.
- Planning, coordinating, keeping contents and following up on action items of key focused meetings, all-hands, quarterly and annual business reviews.
- Compiling, verifying and analyzing information for the Executive to use in documents such as memos, reports, speeches, presentations or _Connect_ blog.
- Serve as liaison between all Chief of Staff (next level of Flash Backend leaders) in handling inquiries, developing action plans and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.
- Managing Chief of Staff’s schedule, scheduling meetings, planning travel, process expense claims and secretarial supports.

**Qualifications**:
**What we expect from you**:

- 10+ years of experience in Project Management. Experience with software implementation/development projects is preferred
- Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts is a plus
- Working knowledge of Finance and Accounting concepts and processes is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, multi-tasker, highly organized and detail oriented
- First class teamwork and knowledge-sharing. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lead, drive, and communicate with both business users and technical teams
- Ability to work independently, hands-on and manage projects to completion
- Proven job accountability record
