We are looking for **“Assistant Accounts/Finance Admin Manager”** with positive mind-set and committed person
- Lead the finance/admin team members in managing full spectrum of finance, accounting and business administration of the company including accounts closing, preparing financial statement and reports._
- Tally invoices and taking record to account table by handling all accounting entries included Accounts Receivables, Account Payable, Journal Entries according to MPERS._
- Management of banking facilities included Term Loan, BA, LC, OD, Bank Guarantee, leasing, property loan, hire purchase loan and etc where applicable) _
- Payroll & HR processing _
- Making necessary arrangement for company operation_
- updates registers and files records/documents completely and timely included reconciliation of accounts. _
- Ensure timely preparation of all accounting documents, payments _
- Ensures internal control system are adhered_
- Manages inventory, cash flows and various cost captions._
- Prepare a budget to actual comparisons and variance analysis and highlight those that vary from projections._
- Establish and maintain relationships with auditors, bankers and government authorities or any other local authorities Ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and requirements._
- **Requirements**_
- **Strong Leadership Skill **_A self-starter, with abilities to drive and motivate members for team’s performance and work independently and multi-taking_
- **Trustworthiness and Integrity **_Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all aspects of conduct._Discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive business information. A strong commitment to safeguard company’s interests and exposures._
- **Communication and Interpersonal Skills **_Professional verbal and written communication and good interpersonal skills are required as you will be interacting with both internal and external parties._
- **Computer Skills **_Experienced in Auto Count/SQL; Microsoft Dynamics ERP and MS Office modules (especially MS Excel) are preferred_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
