**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Ø Oversees the development and operations of the finance departments in the company.

Ø Reviews new financial policies and budgets in the organization.

Ø Creates and analyses financial monthly or annual reports to senior managers.

Ø Oversees the company's financial procedures by training, recruiting and conducting regular assessments of employees in the finance department.

Ø supervises the preparation of the account reconciliation.

Ø Assists with the company's cash flow forecasting.

Ø Monitors and enforces compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.

Ø Mediates between employees, shareholders, investors and organizations on the company's financial issues.

Ø Advises the board of directors on decisions concerning the organization’s finances.

Ø Develops investment strategies to increase the company's working capital for the expansion of the business.

Ø Creates business plans based on the financial forecasts and the analysis of the company's status.

Ø Prepares the company's financial report and monitors accounting records.

Ø Supports the organization’s goal by ensuring that its financial position guarantees success.

Ø Performs other assigned duties as required to meet company objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
