**SALES LEADER - SHOWROOM BUKIT JELUTONG**

**URGENT HIRING**

Main Responsibilities:

- Execute sales strategies and timelines form the Digital Specialized and GM
- Monitor and ensure every branch achieves weekly & monthly sales targets
- Check and audit lead flow (online & offline)
- Review how sales team handles inquiries and responses
- Prepare performance reports for each branch (sales, quotations, follow-ups)
- Analyze patterns and identify gaps or strengths across the sales team
- Provide sales insights, data summaries and feedback to management
- Ensure daily live sessions are conducted professionally and meet objectives
- Support marketing & sales team

Requirement:

- Experienced in managing and supervising sales teams
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for sales tracking and analysis
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- Strong leadership with high self-motivation and a positive mindset
- Able to empower the team and maintain momentum, even under pressure
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,900.00 per month
