Project Administrator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Assist and provide administration supports to Project Management Office (PMO), including site office administration, system administration and document control
- Part of the member in Procurement; prepare Purchase Quote in NAV and follow up on Purchase Order Issuance
- Assist in tender process, documents compilation and submission
- Manage Gebiz and customer e-Portal; monitor and update new sales opportunities and tender invitations
- Administrate new job registration includes update project details in NAV
- Generate and update project costing based on PMO’s direction
- Prepare and submit project progress claim for customer billing
- Follow up and ensure project handover to Service Division with proper documentation
- Follow up on project closure and ensure FSR are received timely and accurately
- Generate & submit KPI report
- Organize, coordinate, and facilitate weekly Project Operation meeting, including efficient minutes taking
- Attend IMS (ISO, BCM, etc) internal and external audit and update documents with latest operation process when required
- Provide ad-hoc supports to Business Unit
**Requirements**:
- Detail-oriented, sound judgement, organized and flexible
- Displays a high level of responsiveness and follows through on commitments
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
- Comfortable working from site office

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
