**Main Responsibilities**

**To ensure the availability of serviceable and appropriate tools & equipment for line maintenance, base maintenance and workshop. Toolcrib Technician also in charge of spares/materials administration for Hub station.**

**Qualifications**

**Passed SPM with minimum two years working experience in the relevant field OR fresh Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.**

**Specific Functions**

**1. Assisting in monitoring and recording of tools / equipment daily movement**

**2. To update tooling and equipment status on a daily basis.**

**3. To ensure all calibrated tools / equipment are properly maintained.**

**4. To assist in the arrangement of tool / equipment to be sent for calibration with the vendor / 3rd party.**

**5. To ensure the Toolcrib area is clean and properly managed, including recording of temperature and humidity level.**

**6. To assist in sending defective tools / equipment for repair.**

**7. To ensure TEDR (Tool & Equipment Discrepancy Report) are available for each defective tools / equipment.**

**8. To ensure the administration of spares and material is performed for Hub station (Airside Store operation).**

**9. Attending scheduled back up as required to support maintenance operation.**

**10. Any other task as assigned by the immediate superior.**
