**Basic Salary**:RM1,900 - RM2,100

**Other allowance**: up to RM400 KPI allowance + RM300 night shift allowance

**Working days**: 6 rotational working days, 1 days off

**Working hour**: 24hrs rotational shift (9hrs per shift)

**Shuttle transport available

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
