For this position, you will be working under one of our clients, a Call Center company based in _**Bandar Medini, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.**_
**Basic Salary**:RM1,900 - RM2,100 (depends on expertise)
**Other allowance**:KPI allowance up to RM400 + RM300 night shift allowance
**Working hour**:5 rotational working days, 24hrs rotational shift (9hrs per shift)
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Able to communicate in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- **SPM leavers**are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational working days.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the e hailing service ( e.g: rider issue/New sign up)
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
