**Reports To**:

- Senior Manager, RM Systems and Insight

**Role Purpose**:

- Deliver and implement MAG revenue plan and strategies for group bookings through rigorous, constant, and forensic evaluation and analysis and competitive positioning to implement optimal approach..

**Key Accountability**:

- Achieve all Groups revenue budget and KPIs by through on-going process of coordination and acceptance evaluation of Group Portal, Ad-Hoc and Series group requests
- Review the daily and monthly reports on Group Materialisation, identify routes with poor MR of their groups and strategise corrective action and/or policies to improve by being the liaison to communicate to relevant areas e.g. RMD pricing analysts, Sales Department / Regional Offices to take appropriate actions
- Take proactive actions thru analytical, strategic approach as well as forward thinking in automating Groups processes thru Group Portal for better coordination and delivery
- Assist in matters relating to Groups including budgetting and administation work where relevant eg. preparing management paper, reports, data management etc

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Numerical discipline (e.g. Economics), Science & Information Technology, and/or business degree in any discipline
- Diploma in Numerical discipline (e.g. Economics), Science & Information Technology, and/or business degree in any discipline
- 3-4 years of working experience in airline related reservation system and knowledge in Groups, ancillary products and travel industry.

**Skill & Knowledge**:

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to interpret large and complex volumes of data to identify trends and solutions
- Excellent commercial acumen and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Commercial aviation background and collaborative team player at peer level

**Key Challenges**:

- Ability to use Amadeus reservations system, Digital solutions tools
- Responsible for delivery of significant Groups revenue generation
- Responsible to meet challenging targets, checking/verifying refund requests, testing of complicated upgrade requests or in conjunction of other new ancillary products
- To respond timely to requests made by superiors
