**Role Purpose**:
Business Planners are in charge of organizing customer schedule, such as purchase orders and delivery schedules review orders. Most tasks involve keeping and updating records and information, as well as coordinating purchasing with clients and co-workers. It is the job of the business planner to ensure smooth operations though out the production and distribution life of a given product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reports directly to the Planning Manager but functionally may seek guidance from the Senior Planning Executive on daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Undertake Master Production Scheduling Planning activities.
- Undertake ownership of specific deliverables to ensure schedule adherence.
- Undertake activities related to work order generation, SAP schedule upload, WIP tracking, Line of Balance update.
- Assist the Senior Planning Executive to prepare any reports required by the department for the company.
- Able to use SAP for production planning element and able to resolve associated issues.
- Undertake manning analysis, capacity analysis, freight cost & volume analysis and inventory management analysis as required.
- Adhere to all company rules and regulations.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- Experienced (minimum 3 - 5 years) with production planning in manufacturing company with a proven track record.
- Must be fluent in English + Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work to demanding deadlines.
- IT Literate - particularly proficient in Excel, SAP and custom made software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
