RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for Material and Production Planning; Review and monitor the production plan and customer demand weekly, adjust the plan as and when necessary.
- To work out the Finished Goods and Raw Material requirement; monitor the supply & demand closely to ensure customer requirements can be fulfilled on time in full.
- Work closely with Purchasing to ensure continuous supply of materials and stock availability for regular and promotion plans.
- Response to urgent orders or ad-hoc requirements promptly and anticipate any potential supply gap for further actions.
- Check and track the production output daily to ensure planned requirement been fulfilled and readjust the plan when required.
- Co-ordinate with Marketing/Shipping on the customer orders and ensure schedule to meet customer requested date.
- Monitor customer forecast and track the changes closely; Review and adjust the material requirement according to demand and to maintain optimum stock level.
- Analyses weekly and monthly materials requirement, preparing report and to evaluate the demand and supply plan.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have hands on knowledge in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), MS Office (especially Excel), Production & Material planning.
- A pleasant personality has high integrity and with positive attitude.
- A motivator with a strong sense of responsibility, cultural sensitivity and resourceful in problem solving.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work under challenging situations.
- Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to communicate with all levels.
- Highly organized, able to work independently and with tight deadline.
- Result driven.
- Strong analytical capability
