我们正在寻找一位精通小红书平台的数字营销专家,负责制定和执行广告策略,优化广告效果,并与客户保持良好关系。

**主要职责**:

- 根据客户需求制定小红书平台的广告投放策略,实施并监控以确保广告效果
- 深入了解产品信息和客户需求,提供广告创意文案、图片修改和账户建设
- 负责信息流广告的优化、投放和数据分析,通过数据分析评估提高广告ROI
- 维护客户关系,深入挖掘客户需求,实现客户的营销目标

**任职要求**:

- 本科及以上学历,具有1年以上数字营销/广告campaign岗位工作经验,社交媒体营销背景优先;也接受有相关实习经验的优秀应届毕业生
- 熟悉广告和营销业务模式,尤其是信息流广告,了解社交媒体整合营销
- 具备数据分析能力,责任心强,抗压能力好,愿意接受新挑战
- 沟通效率高,积极主动,具有良好的客户服务意识

**Company Introduction**:
**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a digital marketing expert proficient in the Xiaohongshu platform to develop and execute advertising strategies, optimize ad performance, and maintain excellent client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate, implement, and monitor advertising strategies on the Xiaohongshu platform based on client needs to ensure advertising effectiveness
- Thoroughly understand product information and client needs, provide ad creative writing, image modification, and account setup
- Optimize, deliver, and analyze in-feed advertising, improving ad performance and ROI through data analysis and evaluation
- Maintain good client relationships, deeply explore client needs, and achieve client marketing goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above with more than 1 year of work experience in digital marketing/advertising campaign positions; social media marketing background preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also considered
- Familiarity with advertising and marketing business models, especially in-feed advertising, and understanding of social media integrated marketing
- Data analysis capabilities, strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle pressure, and willingness to accept new challenges
- Efficient communication skills, proactive attitude, and good customer service awareness
