Internship (Customer Service Department)

Attend customer walk-ins to the office and complaints about urgent and problem cases.
- reply accordingly within the stipulated time.
- To assist in updating pending calls or follow-up while CSE is not available within the stipulated period.
- Assist and route the complaints to the respective department or authorities if need further actions.
- To ensure the calls & messages are answered on time and deliver the message to the respective CSE or COW on timely manner.
- Follow-up appointments with purchasers and Project team. Ensure the keys are in order before assigning them to the Clerk of Work (C.O.W). Ensure the key checklist is updated on time to avoid any dispute from all parties.
- To assist to organize events from start to end till. Carry the duty according to the task given
- To ensure all the documents related to CCD are fully digitalized on time to time basis.
- Participating in Home Tour and arranging the team for vacant possession activities.
**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 4-6 months
Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
