Detailed activities comprising: Ensure customer service operations are performed in an efficient and effective manner within dateline, in adherence to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide professional support to resolve technical issues, including carrying out of troubleshooting
- Responsible for accurate and prompt update of customer’s details and information to database.
- Willingness to learn - important to expand skill sets and adapt to situations
- Ensure service work is completed immediately and efficiently at all times with minimum follow up call backs
- Ensure reports are completed fully and to a good standard, must be submitted on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- To provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction levels
- Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and manage records (work orders, courier, and store records).
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and inventory management.
- Support the department with filing, organizing, and general administrative tasks.
- Oversee customer's product distribution
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Coordinate with couriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
- Overseeing special orders
- Coordinating with technicians, service manager and General Manager to ensure all jobs are completed within the required time frame
- Perform any other duties from time to time, whether ad-hoc or otherwise, as assigned by your superior or management
- Provide recommendation to minimizing defect levels through process and quality improvement

**Requirements**:

- minimum 2 years working experience with respective stints in customer service
- Personality: sense of ownership, responsibility, being proactive, details-oriented, critical thinking and effective planning, being a team player, also being firm and persuasive, and being honest.
- Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customer's complaints.
- Dependability - must consistently meet deadlines without having to be pushed or reminded. It's important to show a commitment to following deadlines by completing tasks assigned.
- Flexible - can give commitment by adjusting their hours and staying a little late to help other coworker, complete a project or participating in activities.
- IT/Technical skills to assist for 1st level IT trouble shooting. ca Knowledge in IT Networking will be an added advantage to assist for 1st level IT trouble shooting.
- Problem solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues
- Higher learning education is required (Diploma/Degree) in any field or related field
- Able to handle task with minimum supervision
- Moderate to strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and SQL software system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
