In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our players, using your stellar communication skills to resolve inquiries via live chat and email. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that leverages advanced technology to deliver top-tier support.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to a global player base through live chat and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve player issues efficiently, using defined solutions and your own initiative.
  • Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously to deliver seamless support.
  • Champion a positive player experience with your engaging and professional communication style.

What We're Looking For:

  • Full professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written). A language assessment will be required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, with specific expertise in live chat and email support.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate multiple platforms.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and has a dedicated home workspace with a reliable laptop and internet connection.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights.
