  • Drive Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, recommend the right solutions and close sales to meet your targets.
  • Manage Leads: Proactively follow up on all sales leads from various channels (WhatsApp, email, phone, walk-in).
  • Build Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support to build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Handle Inquiries: Be the main point of contact for all customer questions and process orders accurately.
  • Be a Team Player: Work closely with the team and assist with each other tasks as needed.

  • Experience (A Plus but Not Required): Previous sales experience is great but fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. We hire for attitude and train for skill.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using basic computer systems (email, WhatsApp, etc.).
