- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service or automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills.
- Aggressive, dynamic personality and good public relations skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phone calls and solving customers' problems.
- Assist clients to help them make decisions on what's is best car suspension for them.
- Translate detailed requests of customers into job orders and make necessary recommendations.
- Handling sales counter.
- Be willing to reply WhatsApp.
- Creating Invoice for customer purchase
- Follow-up after-sales service with client
- Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction
- Update daily report
- Provide monthly report
