In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Supporting Sr. Specialist, Projects & Label Management and S. Specialist, Product Management Support.

The Business Support Specialist’s role is primarily, but not limited to:

- Maintenance and support of Label Management System (LMS).
- Gatekeeper ensuring alignment of label template
- and data structure across Business Units, in close collaboration with label template responsible across business units.
- Handling of day-to-day label related tasks incl. creating and linking labels as part of the new product development flow and turning special label requirements into technical label solutions
- Update/maintenance of label templates and documentation, troubleshooting and implementation of template changes and system upgrades.
- Supporting and contributing to projects, that are typically managed by Sr. Specialist, both within the label and documentation area.
- Support to development, maintenance, testing and upgrade of Document Management System (DMS).
- Support to day-to-day operational and relevant ad hoc FC&E tasks and projects.
- Product Management support: GIN Creations, product changes, certification renewals

Potentially relevant experience:

- Bachelor degree, or similar
- Structured and detail oriented, quality in work (right first time)
- Understand the importance of food safety, regulations and customer centricity
- Able to coorporate and coordinate, having a can-do troubleshooting mindset
- Experience working with (product) data across systems
- Consistent performer who must thrive with a relatively high level of routine day-to-day tasks, but also be able to handle larger complex label tasks and intense project periods during system upgrades and/or mass changes to all global label templates.
- Proficient in English
