Job Controller

**Prepare Handover Details**: Before handing over the car to the technician, ensure that all relevant details are passed, including:
- Service appointment details (customer name, contact, service required, etc.)
- Any specific issues or instructions from the customer
- Expected time for completion
**Clear Communication**: Ensure that the technician is clear about the customer’s expectations, required services, and any special requests. Communicate via Proton system, messaging, or directly as needed.
**Set Deadlines**: When scheduling the service appointment, make sure the technician knows the agreed-upon time frame. Add buffer times for any unforeseen delays.
- Use Proton or any internal management system to monitor service progress, keeping track of each car’s status.
- If the technician anticipates a delay, they should immediately inform the management team and customer.
- Have a daily review of all scheduled jobs to ensure no service is running behind. If any job exceeds the time limit, take immediate action.
**Excel Report**:
- Prepare a detailed report in Excel that includes columns for each car (e.g., car model, service type, technician assigned, start and end times, completion status, and customer feedback).
**Regular Check-ins**: Perform regular checks throughout the day with the technicians to ensure they are on track to finish the service on time.
**Clear Communication**: If a service job cannot be completed on time (due to technical issues, parts delay, or complex repairs), immediately inform the manager and explain the situation.
Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
